This meeting is for neurodivergent social workers to hold space for each other. Neurotypical social workers are invited to attend as well as an ally and to learn about and from their neurodivergent colleagues. This monthly event is to help support neurodivergent professionals, provide resources, and help neurotypical professions better support their neurodivergent colleagues and clients.

Rules for engagement

This is not a group therapy, group supervision, nor case consultation.

It is a space to offer support to one another.

Participants are bound by confidentiality and limits thereof (mandated reporting)

Be respectful and professional, adherence to the Code of Ethics

Offer support and discussions of experiences with fellow workers

Mention content warnings if applicable before sharing

While there is room for different opinions on political topics, there is a zero tolerance policy for harmful speech that is oppressive to marginalized identities.

NASW Ohio reserves the right to remove any participants at any time from the space.
