Advertisement: Greenhouse Mental Health is currently seeking Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW) or Health Service Psychology Providers (HSPP), in Greenville, Celina, Peninsula, Lima and Akron, OH and surrounding areas to join our clinical team. You will provide on-site assessments, testing, and ongoing mental health counseling services focused on adult and geriatric populations within residential and extended care facilities, including nursing homes and assisted and independent living centers. Greenhouse Mental Healthcare offers you the flexibility of independent practice with the support of a full-service practice management team that oversees facility relations, patient procurement, credentialing and enrollment, billing, reimbursements, and payroll. This is a contract-based position (independent contractor).


Qualifications

  • Ohio Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW), or license eligible or Health Service Psychology Provider (HSPP)
  • Masters of Social Work from an accredited university
  • Ability to clear a background screening
  • Ability to clear required credentialing process, including private insurance and CMS enrollment
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Preferred: experience with geriatric populations
