Sponsored by Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance, NASW Ohio Chapter and the Parity @10 Coalition.

NASW Ohio is excited to bring this training provided by the Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) on how to advocate for access to mental healthcare. Health care reform has increased access to behavioral health services for millions of Americans, but far too many people are not aware of their new rights under behavioral health parity laws and DON’T know what to do when their treatment is denied. This workshop will provide you with information on how to know and stand up for access to mental healthcare for yourself and/or for the people you work with.

Training provided by Judith Pindell, MSSA, LSW of the Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance.
