"The ability to make our difference is significantly influenced by social, political, and legislative factors. There are few voices for the most vulnerable. NASW Ohio is a strong and steady advocate for our profession. Supporting their work through membership strengthens our profession."

"I joined NASW as a student because I wanted to connect to professional social workers. From NASW, I've learned how to market my skills as a social worker, which helped me secure employment in non-traditional settings.”

"The networks available through NASW have been critical for creating future opportunities. Specifically, the [annual] conference and advocacy day are great chances to meet other professionals and identify key opportunities [in the field]."
